Apply for Online Coaching

UNFPA partners with UNLOQ to support the professional growth and development of UNFPA colleagues. Through Coach Desk, you can apply for an online coaching programme tailored to your context, role and professional aspirations.

Your coaching journey will be delivered remotely. Within a secure online environment, you will engage in a personalised coaching journey and work together with a certified coach towards your professional development goals.

You will receive focused online coaching support over a period of five months, for a total of 3-6 hours. Together with your coach, you will design your coaching trajectory, while remaining in the lead of your own learning journey.

We value measuring our impact. As part of your coaching experience, you will be invited to complete the UNLOQ People Analytics questionnaire. By signing up for the UNFPA Coach Desk, you agree to complete two short questionnaires. People Analytics helps measure coaching effectiveness and supports continuous improvement of the coaching experience. Only you and your coach will have direct access to your individual People Analytics results and related details.
